Manna Assets, Inc. knows that You care about how Your information is used and shared. We value our customers and are committed to protecting Your privacy. All technically feasible steps are taken to protect Your information. We do not sell or rent Your personal information. This policy applies to the Manna Assets, Inc. owned and operated mobile device applications and describes our privacy and security practices for these applications.

We use the information You provide us to provide our Services to You and to improve our Services. By using our applications, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy & Security Policy. (“Policy”).

Terms and Definitions

Throughout this Policy there are words of which the initial letter is capitalized. These words generally have the following meanings:

Account” means a unique account created for You to access our Services or parts of our Services.

Application” means the software program known as Global Investment Crypto Exchange which is provided by Us which is downloaded by You on any electronic device.

Company” (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Manna Assets, Inc. and any related companies.

Cookies” are small files that are placed on Your computer, mobile device or any other device by a website, containing the details of Your browsing history on that website among its many uses.

Device” means any device that can access the Services such as a computer, a cell phone or a digital tablet.

Services” refers to the Application and all services You obtain through the Application.

You” and “Your” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Collecting Your Personal Data

While using Our Services, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to Your:

  • Phone number
  • Address

Usage Data may include information such as Your Device’s telephone number, Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address), browser type, browser version, the parts of our Application that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. Most people will access our Services though a mobile device.

When You access the Services by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. We may also collect information that Your browser sends whenever You visit our Application or when You access the Services by or through a mobile device.

Use of Your Personal Data

Most users can enable or disable Our access to Personal Data through his or her Device settings. The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain our Services. This includes monitoring Your usage of our Services.
  • To manage Your Account. This includes using Your Personal Data to give You access to different functionalities of the Services that are available to You as a registered user of the Application.

We may use Your information to evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which Personal Data held by Us about the users of our Services is among the assets transferred.
  • For other purposes. We may use Your Personal Data for other commercial purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our Services, and marketing.

We may share Your Personal Data in the following situations:

  • With Our vendors. We may share Your Personal Data with vendors who provide services to Us to monitor and analyze the use of our Services, for payment processing, and to contact You.
  • With affiliates: We may share Your Personal Data with companies that are Our affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to be bound by this Privacy and Security Policy. Affiliates could include Our subsidiaries, joint venture partners or other companies that We control or that are under common control with Us.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy and Security Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or functionality of Our Services, or where We are legally obligated to retain Personal Data for longer time periods.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company’s operating offices and in any other places where the Services are processed. The Company’s operating offices are presently located in Louisville, Kentucky, USA. The locations of the vendors who assist in the provision of the Services vary. You acknowledge that your Personal Data will be maintained in jurisdictions outside of Your state, province, country, or other political jurisdiction.

Security Precautions

The Company will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your Personal Data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy and Security Policy and that no transfer of Your Personal Data will take place to any other organization or governmental entity unless there are reasonable controls in place concerning the security of Your Personal Data.

Changes to Policy. If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred as described above. However, prior to any such transfer we will review any potential changes in the confidentiality and security policies that will become effective and We will provide notice to you before Your Personal Data is transferred.

Law enforcement. Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose Your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (such as a subpoena or similar investigative demand by a court or a governmental agency). If We are legally allowed to do so, we will provide you with notice prior to any such disclosure.

Other legal requirements. The Company may disclose Your Personal Data upon its good faith determination that disclosure is necessary to (i) comply with a legal obligation, (ii) protect and defend the rights or property of the Company, (iii) prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Services, (iv) protect the personal safety of Users of the Services or the public, and (v) protect against legal liability

Security of Your Personal Data

The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, including by mobile device, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially reasonable precautions to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security. Therefore, without waiving any other limitations on your remedies relating to your use of our Services:

YOU AGREE THAT MANNA ASSETS, INC. WILL NOT BE LIABLE IN THE EVENT OF THE LOSS OR DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION OR OTHER DATA RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES AND YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO LEGAL ACTION AGAINST MANNA ASSETS, INC. IN CONNECTION THEREWITH UNLESS SUCH LOSS OR DISCLOSURE IS DUE TO THE INENTIONAL MISCONDUCT OF MANNA ASSETS, INC.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THE LIMITATIONS SET FORTH IN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE AS IF REPEATED VERBATIM.

Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not intended to be used by anyone under the age of 18 or the age of majority in any jurisdiction that may be relevant. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 18 without verification of parental consent, We will take reasonable steps to remove that information from Our systems.

Links to Other Applications and Websites

Our Services include links to other applications and websites that are not operated by Us. If You click on a third-party link, You will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise You to review the Privacy Policy of every application you use and every site You visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party applications, sites or services.

Changes to this Privacy and Security Policy

We may update this Privacy and Security Policy from time to time. You should regularly review the policy for any changes. Changes are effective when they are posted on the Application or any sites we operate. By continuing to use the Services, Users agree to all such changes.

Your Acceptance

Your use of the Services and submission of Personal Data represents your agreement to the policies and procedures set forth in this Privacy and Security Policy. You acknowledge and agree that our provision of the Services is based upon our reliance upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Privacy and Security Policy and the other policies related to the Services and you acknowledge that We would not provide the Services absent your agreement thereto.

Governing Law

The locations of the Company, the Users, and others involved in the provision of Our Services vary widely and may change from time to time. Therefore, for purposes of consistency and certainty, You agree that any dispute related in any way to Your use of the Services will be resolved according to the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and to the extent applicable, the laws of the United States, and that any legal action related in any way to Your use of the Services must be brought in Jefferson County, Kentucky.
